The holiday season is in full swing!  There are a lot of festive events in the Oakbrook area to get you in the Christmas spirit.  Read further to see what’s going on. Don’t miss out!   

Winterfest Cookie Walk
Head over to Downtown Oak Park's annual Cookie Walk on December 6th from 11 to 5!  A $20 participation fee includes a souvenir cookie tin (while supplies last) and a map of over 40 participating shops and restaurants.  Start the Cookie Walk at the Hospitality Tent on Marion Street, south of Lake Street.
Catch a glimpse of Saint Nicholas, enjoy a variety of family friendly acts and warm up inside the hospitality tent with free hot chocolate provided by Fannie May and free coffee provided by Cheryl’s Cookies. Free events and entertainment in downtown businesses include live musical performances, face painting, marionettes, magic show, juggling and more. For more information click here.

The Christkindlmarket Oakbrook will be open on Thursday-Sunday, Nov. 28 - Dec.14 and December 18-24 every day!

The Christkindlmarket Chicago, organized by German American Services, Inc., is an annual outdoor holiday market featuring over 50 vendors from around the world who display hand-crafted ornaments, toys and unique holiday gifts as well as traditional German foods, sweets and beverages.
